SIGNATOPE is pleased to participate in EUROTOX 2026 in Vienna, presenting three posters highlighting our latest work in translational toxicology and biomarker research.
Our contributions cover drug-induced liver and kidney injury as well as the assessment of off-target effects of targeted protein degraders:
- Validation and Early Clinical Assessment of Mechanistic Protein Biomarkers for Drug-Induced Liver Injury (DILI)
- Quantification of Emerging Urinary Renal Safety Biomarkers for the Detection of Glomerular Injury in Clinical Specimen
- Off-target Degradation Assessment of Cereblon-based Protein Degraders Using Immunoaffinity LC–MS/MS
Together, these studies demonstrate SIGNATOPE’s commitment to advancing sensitive, mechanistic approaches for drug safety assessment and supporting safer, more efficient drug development.
